Life on the sea shore

While waves roll on

The sun will rise watch it rise above

Above the rocks and waves

The rocks and waves of life

Sorrows will not last

The sun will shine once more

So while the waves

Against the rocks do smash

Watch for the sun to rise

We may watch many a sunrise

Many a sunset also

But we know that Christ

Is on our side always

And with Him the sun

Will always rise.
